This church building was built in 1911. It housed several different ministries before falling into disrepair. In 1991 Pastors Stephen and Ginger Pierce felt the leading of the Lord to come to Long Pine, renovate the dilapidated church and open the Chapel of the Pines Church, which later was renamed The Oasis Worship Center. 10 years later, Pastor Pierce left to pioneer a church in Utah and Pastor Tom Denton took over the ministry in Long Pine. Pastor Tom was the pastor for nearly 10 years before stepping down for personal reasons. The church remained closed for about 8 years before Pastor Stephen and Dawn felt the prompting of the Holy Spirit to come and revive the ministry here that God had ordained many years prior. In June of 2019, Pastors Stephen and Dawn and Pastors Doug and Jessica Petty, along with their children arrived and made the necessary repairs to the building. In September of 2019, with just a handful of people in attendance, Faith Christian Fellowship doors were opened. The beginnings were humble, but the church began to grow.

Today, as we continue to renovate the building one project at a time, Faith Christian Fellowship is leading the next generation of Believers into a greater relationship with Jesus Christ. Pastor Stephen continues to preach the uncompromised Word of God, and Faith Christian Fellowship continues to change the lives of the people in this and the surrounding communities.
